There are two ways to restore the factory default settings for VM5G:
1) Using a mobile phone or computer to enter configuration interface, click on the "Reset" button to restore the factory for VM5G.
2) If you can't enter configuration interface, you can use below way to restore factory setting:
Causing short circuit between 12 and 13 in P2, long press 5s then it will restore factory setting, please see below picture:
