How to Implement Auto-Routing with Dial Plan among VoIP, PSTN and IP Card

1.Special Injunctions and Related Routing Options in V611 Dial Plan to PSTNV611：
　a) Time-Lapse Injuction "P", each "P"=500ms;
   b) Improved Replacement Injunction in Dial Plan, for example<x:xppp123> is possible now, x express any number at current digit.
   c) Support Special Character Replacement "*", "#", for example (1000<0:0*>), it means if users dial 10000, device will add a "*" at the end of 10000。
   d) Image below shows two options related with Dial Plan, first is the Dial Plan routes to PSTN, second is the Dial Plan will be operated after routes to VoIP. Please note the priority of Dial Plan, Dial Plan routes to PSTN will be operated firstly, if it does not match with PSTN Dial Plan, it will be routed to VoIP and be operated.

2. V611 Dial Plan Application A：The call to some certain areas will be routed to IP discount card on PSTN line
　For example: Users want to use IP discount Card to call Beijing City PSTN Numbers, Beijing Area Code is 10, IP Call Access Prefix is 200, IP Card Account is 343434, Password is 8888, the Dial Plan will be ：

   Several Time-Lapse injunctions (P) are inserted, because some IP Call needs reactive time during the Voice Instruction is been playing, users need to insert Time-lapse according to the specific requirement for different IP card.
3.V611 Dial Plan Application B: Use PSTN line connected on PABX to make local call (PSTN Outgoing call prefix on PABX is 9)
   Suppose Shenzhen is local, all local numbers start with 2, 6, 8：

4.V611 Dial Plan Application C：Auto-Routing among VOIP call、PSTN local call and IP discount call
　Suppose：All local numbers start with 2,6,8；IP discount call (Access code:17909) dial prefix is 9；Long distance call use VOIP,
　All calls stay in China Mainland only, all local numbers are 8 digits, area code is 3 or 4 digits, VoIP call need to add 86 before area code
