New function—the newest dialing number rule

vonets ATA added an original dialing number rule. after the user equipping the dialing scheme ,the dialing way is exactly same as the current PSTN dialing mode, while after dialing ,there is no need to dial “#”,also to dial the local telephone can prevent from the trouble of adding the district number.
Avoiding dialing “#” and adding local district number, which is not same as gateways manufactured by other companies in this field, so our products can bring the greatest convenience to our consumers
